Wisconsin Seal-A-Smile (SAS) is a collaborative effort between the Children’s Health Alliance of Wisconsin, Wisconsin Department of Health Services and Delta Dental of Wisconsin. The program’s mission is to improve the oral health of Wisconsin children by providing school-based dental sealants via a free program that is offered to all students. A registered dental hygienist from Community Health Systems will visit three times during the school year to do a quick assessment, apply protective fluoride varnish, and dental sealants if indicated. No fees are incurred to families regardless of insurance or lack of insurance and this program is offered to every student in the district. A letter will accompany the student home to go over the visit, any concerns seen, and direct referral information into the Beloit Area Community Health Center (BACHC) for comprehensive treatment or for a need that was seen. BACHC has 5 dentists to service patients’ needs in our community.

Dear Janesville RCCS Families,
To help us provide a smooth and safe after-school transition for all of our students, we will dismiss students riding the bus first.
Parents who plan to pick up their children by coming into the building are welcome to enter after the bus has departed. This helps us keep the pickup area clear, supervise students carefully, and ensure that everyone leaves safely.
Thank you for your cooperation and partnership in helping us make dismissal calm, orderly, and safe for our children!

Middle and High School Supply Lists
Please note this is a living document this year as we have a shift in teachers and class offerings. The list has been updated to reflect the following changes:
Art List: It now includes a Crayola watercolor palette
You will not need to purchase items for Spanish or Media
Gym clothing needs to include appropriate footwear with non marking soles
Mrs. Schill apologizes for the confusion :)
Hope everyone is having a great summer! Here are the supply lists for K-5.
We have multiple opportunities to volunteer and build community this weekend. Please come and participate.
